1.2 Ordering a product on the website implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Any other document, in particular catalogs, prospectuses, advertisements, etc., has only an indicative value and is in no way binding on the seller.

Order

2.1 The products offered for sale are those which appear on the website on the day of consultation by the buyer.

2.2 The order is considered accepted by the seller upon confirmation by email.

2.3 The buyer undertakes to provide complete and accurate information for the delivery of the products (address, access details, etc.). The seller cannot be held responsible for the consequences linked to an entry error or a lack of information provided by the buyer.

2.4 The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the buyer or non-payment of a previous order.

Price

3.1 The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, but excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are specified when ordering and depend on the country of delivery.

3.2 Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The version in force on the date of the order will be the applicable one.

3.3 The products remain the property of the seller until full payment of the price.

Payment

4.1 Payment is made online by credit card. The seller does not store any banking information of the buyer.

4.2 Payment by credit card is secured by a certified online payment system.

4.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering (except for payment in installments if the option is chosen by the buyer).

4.4 The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of non-payment or refusal of payment by the bank.

Delivery

5.1 Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the buyer when ordering.

5.2 Delivery times are estimated at 10 to 15 working days, unless otherwise stated on the website at the time of ordering.

5.3 The seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond its control, such as strikes, bad weather, problems with the carrier, etc.

5.4 If the product is still not received after 45 days after placing the order, the buyer may cancel the order and request a refund of the amounts paid. The refund will be made within 30 days.

5.5 In the event of loss or damage to the product during delivery, the buyer must file a claim with the carrier within 3 days after receiving the product and inform the seller.

5.6 It is the buyer's responsibility to refuse a package that appears damaged from the outside and to take a photo of it for their claim, justifying their refusal to the carrier.

5.7 It is the buyer's responsibility to open their package carefully, so as not to damage the product received.

Satisfied or refunded

6.1 The buyer can return the product within 14 days of receipt of their order, for exchange or refund, provided that the product is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.

If 14 days have passed since you received the product, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

6.2 The organization and return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are shipping an item over $199, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6.3 Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 30 days of it being approved.

6.4 Discounted products (when the buyer has used a promotional code), personalized products, in particular framed, signed or custom-made products, as well as digital products (ebook, wallpaper, training video, etc.) cannot be used. subject to exchange or refund.
